Kimberly was born in San Angelo, raised in Waco, and has resided in the DFW area since leaving Waco in the early 90’s.

After graduating from Baylor University, Kimberly attended Baylor Law School, where she graduated in 1992. She was admitted to the Texas State Bar in 1993.

She began her career as a criminal defense attorney in Dallas and later began practicing with an insurance defense firm where she defended major corporations involved in asbestos litigation. An opportunity arose for Kimberly to move to Fort Worth, and in doing so she called an audible and began her work as a plaintiff’s personal injury trial attorney.

Kimberly’s greatest achievement in life is her daughter who is beginning her freshman year at the University of Texas in Austin this fall. Hook Em Horns is the new Sic Em Bears.

Kimberly is grateful to be an associate attorney with Hutchison & Stoy. She not only believes in her clients but will fight for them until justice prevails… and justice always prevails.
